The most important thing we can do is to get our nutrients from our food. It’s the healthiest way. But poor soil quality (hint; non-organic) and poor food choices (hint; refined and processed foods) limits the amount of nutrients we intake. This is where supplementation plays a role. Supplements should never be a replacement for poor nutritional choices, they should only “compliment” our diets.
