Health Protocols and Recommended Supplements

Need a little help?

Are you struggling with hot flashes, night sweats or unusual weight gain? Or maybe it’s IBS, constipation or other digestive issues? It could be you’re just looking for general health and immune support or the most natural anti-aging skin care products. Let’s  see if something here can help.

Any of the links will require you to create a free Fullscript account at my online dispensary where you can  purchase high-quality supplements and download a copy of the protocol. Instructions are below. Please note that I do not answer any specific supplement questions unless we are working together. Additional information is provided on each individual supplement page on Fullscript.

The most important thing we can do is to get our nutrients from our food. But poor soil quality (hint; non-organic) and poor food choices (hint; refined and processed foods) limits the amount of nutrients we absorb. But those aren’t the only reasons! Even the healthiest eaters have challenges (hint; hormones, IBS, etc.) where supplementation can assist. Supplements should never be a replacement for poor nutritional choices, but rather, they should “compliment” our diets and assist our bodies when we are unbalanced.
